2171 x 2. We have re-tooled this rare keeper or rest for the over-centre hold down hood hook on XK140 & XK150 Drop Head Coupes. This is the keeper bracket that holds the hook when it is not used for locking the folded hood frame down and it is more often than not completely missing from cars! It took many years to find an original to copy and is a chrome plated, screw on loop plate, fitting on the rear lower quarter panel. Stops the hood hold down hooks rattling around, damaging the trim panel. Original Ref. Number BD10578
